We have successively completed the fire safety acceptance, indoor air quality acceptance, environmental protection acceptance, engineering quality acceptance, and project completion acceptance for Xianfeng Garden. In October 2017, we finalized the issuance of the comprehensive property ownership certificate for Xianfeng Garden. After nearly a year of relentless efforts to overcome numerous challenges, we have secured the most favorable certification policies for our employees and initiated the process of issuing individual property ownership certificates for employees in September 2018.
