XFGT001 CNC Rail Web Weld Grinding Machine
A total of six grinding heads are installed on the left and right sides of the equipment. The CNC axes governing the feed direction of each grinding head are precisely controlled by servo motors, and the rail web weld is ground in the following sequence: first, a form-grinding wheel matching the contour of the rail web is used to grind weld section 1; next, a form-grinding wheel aligned with the bevel of the rail foot is employed to grind the bevel of weld section 2; finally, a form-grinding wheel conforming to the profile of the rail foot edge is used to grind the rail foot edge. The entire grinding process is conducted as dry grinding, with the machine tool equipped with a dust-proof enclosure and an impulse-type dust-collection system that effectively captures grinding dust, thereby meeting environmental protection requirements.
XF Series Centerless Grinder for Tapered Roller and Round Steel Bars
The XF series taper roller grinding machines employ domestically leading technology, delivering superior quality, stable performance, and broad applicability, thereby capturing a significant share of the domestic market. The XF004A centerless taper roller grinder is designed for grinding the outer cylindrical surfaces of tapered rollers used in rolling bearings and is ideally suited for high-volume batch production. Its grinding wheel spindle is equipped with a three-lobe wedge-type hydrodynamic bearing, while the guide wheel spindle features a dual-support configuration that allows for complete disassembly and assembly, along with AC variable-frequency stepless speed control. The grinding wheel dresser can shape the wheel into either a slightly concave profile or a conical form, effectively preventing the generatrix of the workpiece from developing a concave deformation during grinding.

This series of CNC roll grinders is a wheel-head-moving, lightweight CNC roll grinder independently designed and manufactured by Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The MK84 series CNC roll grinder for hot-rolling production lines, featuring a hydrostatic support frame, is a CNC roll grinder independently designed and manufactured by Xianfeng Machine Tool based on the introduction and assimilation of advanced German manufacturing technologies. It boasts high efficiency, high precision, powerful functionality, a high degree of automation, safe and reliable operation, and the capability for timely remote data transmission. The machine extensively incorporates cutting-edge SIEMENS 840D Si CNC control technology and mechanical drive technology, achieving overall performance that is on par with world-leading standards. It can meet the grinding requirements for work rolls, backup rolls, and pinch rolls—whether with or without roll housings—on hot-rolling production lines in the steel industry. The comprehensive adoption of advanced CNC technology and software has led to a relatively simplified mechanical structure, reducing the number of mechanical transmission stages; this not only enhances reliability and flexibility but also significantly lowers maintenance requirements. The grinder is equipped with the SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D Si distributed CNC system, along with self-developed, specialized automated control software for roll grinders and a user-friendly, graphical Chinese-language operating interface. It also features an original dynamic simulation function for the roll-grinding and measurement processes. Each CNC axis is driven by a fully digital, AC servo motor from SIEMENS, while the grinding wheel and headstock are powered by high-performance, original, imported AC spindle motors from SIEMENS. Thanks to the high precision, maintenance-free operation, and strong environmental adaptability of these AC servo and spindle motors, the grinder can operate reliably over long periods even under harsh on-site conditions. The roll-measurement system utilizes a new linear optical grating produced by HEIDENHAIN in Germany, ensuring both the accuracy of roll measurements and the positional control accuracy of the CNC system.
