Overview
This machine tool is meticulously engineered by our company, leveraging more than five decades of R&D and manufacturing expertise in centerless grinders. Backed by specialized, proven process control measures and a stringent quality management system, it delivers high-precision, high-efficiency CNC machining. It is ideally suited for the batch grinding of cylindrical, conical, and contoured rotating parts, achieving accuracy up to National Standard Grade I with excellent dimensional consistency.
Main Features
1. Specially developed NC programming that fully controls all grinding and wheel dressing operations, featuring on-line help for easy operation, real-time display and prompt adjustment of grinding and dressing parameters, fault display and diagnostic functions, and adjustable speeds and timing for rapid traverse, semi-finish grinding, finish grinding, light grinding, and rapid retract.
2. The grinding wheel and guide wheel spindles are equipped with a dual-support structure featuring precision rolling bearings from renowned imported brands, ensuring smooth high-speed operation and exceptional rigidity and dimensional stability.
3. The grinding wheel spindle supports segmented constant linear speed control, while the guide wheel spindle employs AC variable-frequency speed regulation.
4. The X-axis feed system is driven by a low-amplitude AC servo motor coupled with a precision ball screw, delivering highly sensitive and accurate positioning with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.001 mm. It features automatic approach control and real-time grinding compensation, and can be interfaced with external diameter measurement equipment for on-line control, enabling real-time compensation of the workpiece diameter during grinding.
5. The grinding wheel dresser (U- and W-axis) employs two-axis surface-compensation servo control to perform crowned-profile dressing and grinding, with the option of manual dressing or automatic dressing based on the number of workpieces ground, achieving a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.001 mm.
6. External spindle lubrication oil tank, with optional constant-temperature control to minimize the impact of oil temperature rise.
7. Optional fully enclosed or semi-enclosed protective guards, equipped with fume extraction systems, enhance the machine’s aesthetic appeal, tidiness, and overall harmony.
8. An optional dedicated automatic feeding mechanism is available, significantly enhancing equipment automation, reducing manual labor intensity, and improving production efficiency.
