This series of CNC roll grinders is a lightweight, large-specification, wheel-moving CNC roll grinder independently designed, developed, and manufactured by Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (Xianfeng Machine Tool) through the introduction and absorption of advanced foreign manufacturing technologies and in combination with China’s actual conditions. The machine features a novel structure and is equipped to meet the functional requirements of different roll manufacturers, making it an economically viable product. It is particularly suitable for grinding drying cylinders used in the large paper-making industry, as well as for grinding cylindrical metal and non-metal rolls and large shaft-type parts in the metallurgical and non-ferrous metal industries.
This machine tool features continuous compensation, grinding wheel dressing compensation, and automatic grinding wheel truing.

Grinding cylindrical roller surfaces and tapered roller surfaces
Grinding of centrally convex or centrally concave curved roller surfaces
Grinding curves and roller surfaces with arbitrary curves
