V. Supplier Qualification Requirements for Response

VI. Registration Method and Collection of Relevant Materials

(2) Suppliers who are unable to attend the on-site registration may, after contacting the purchaser’s representative, submit a scanned PDF copy of the “Letter of Authorization” and the original, stamped and certified identity document of the legal representative for registration, and then collect the relevant materials. (For specific procedures, please contact the purchaser’s representative.)
(3) Registration Period: August 13, 2024, to August 20, 2024.
