In accordance with the unified strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee to strengthen the Third Front construction and following the spirit of the Deyang Conference held by the First Machinery Department, it has been decided that part of the staff and equipment from the Wuxi Machine Tool Factory will be relocated to bolster the Guizhou Heavy Machine Tool and Forging Equipment Factory. The total number of employees involved is 318, including 110 cadres and 208 workers; the equipment includes 48 units, of which 46 are metal-cutting machines and 2 are thermal processing devices.
