Based on the “Design Document for the Guizhou Heavy Machine Tool and Forging Equipment Factory,” which had been formally submitted by the Provincial Planning Commission to the State Planning Commission, the machine tool factory once again initiated construction projects. Since then, the heavy machine tool factory has continued to exist under the name “Guizhou Heavy Machine Tool and Forging Equipment Factory” (hereinafter referred to as “Guizhou Heavy Factory”).
Based on the “Design Document for the Guizhou Heavy Machine Tool and Forging Equipment Plant,” which had been formally submitted by the Provincial Planning Commission to the State Planning Commission, the machine tool factory once again initiated construction. Since then, the heavy machine tool plant has continued to exist under the name “Guizhou Heavy Machine Tool and Forging Equipment Plant” (hereinafter referred to as “Guizhou Heavy Plant”).
