The Southwest Design Working Group prepared the design brief for the heavy machine tool plant, specifying seven major product categories: vertical lathes, helical milling machines, boring machines, gantry planers, and others. The annual production capacity is set at 696 units, totaling 37,503 tons. Meanwhile, the construction schedule has been revised to 1960, with various supporting facilities to be built in line with urban development plans.
