Relevant staff from the Supervision Division of the Social Insurance Fund of the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security were also in attendance. This training session features Zhao Xi, a lecturer on workers’ compensation insurance and a vocational trainer, as the keynote speaker. The training will focus primarily on workers’ compensation recognition and benefits, safe production practices and workplace injury cases, as well as the prevention and protection against occupational diseases. 3 This side The presentation provided a detailed explanation of common unsafe human behaviors, unsafe conditions of equipment and materials, adverse environmental factors, and management deficiencies found in the following areas: common identification and reporting of work-related injuries, work-related accidents and their causes, occupational hazard factors, and occupational disease management.
During the training, Teacher Zhao Xi delivered an impressive session to all participants, using clearly organized legal and regulatory provisions, vivid and detailed case studies, and expressive body language. The content she presented directly addressed the pain points and challenges that participants frequently encounter in their daily work and life when it comes to occupational health. Based on the key points raised by Teacher Zhao Xi, the trainees actively and enthusiastically asked her questions, drawing on their own practical experiences in production and daily life. Teacher Zhao Xi provided patient and thorough answers to each question.
The trainees all expressed that, through this and repeated safety education and training sessions, they had deeply felt the company’s high regard for employee safety and safe production, and their understanding of being a worker had been further deepened. The sense of security, belonging, and pride among the “Xianfeng People.” In their future production and daily life practices, they will remain constantly vigilant about safety, ensuring that they neither harm themselves nor others, and that they are not harmed by others. At the same time, they expressed sincere gratitude to the keynote speaker of this training session as well as to the relevant staff from the Social Insurance Fund Supervision Division of the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and extended an invitation for them to return to Guiyang Xianfeng to conduct similar training sessions in the future.
