On the morning of April 9, 2024, Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guiyang Xianfeng") and Wuhan Huazhong CNC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huazhong CNC"), a leading domestic manufacturer of CNC systems, held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with far-reaching significance, taking advantage of the highly anticipated 13th China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition (CCMT2024)—a major event in China's CNC machine tool industry.

At the China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition, themed “Focus—Digital, Interconnected, Intelligent Manufacturing,” the successful signing ceremony further underscores both parties’ firm commitment to jointly pursuing technological innovation and driving the development of China’s CNC machine tool industry.
For a long time, Guiyang Xianfeng has been committed to achieving the localization of CNC roll-grinding machine products by continuously striving for scientific and technological self-reliance and strength. In close collaboration with Huazhong CNC, the company has jointly developed domestically produced CNC systems tailored to both standard and specialized control requirements for roll-grinding machines. Thanks to the sustained efforts of its research team, Guiyang Xianfeng has successfully developed the domestically produced CNC system HNC-848Di. The system’s HMI, NC, PLC, and other software components have already been successfully integrated into the prototype MK84100 CNC roll-grinding machine newly designed by Guiyang Xianfeng. This system not only simplifies the hardware architecture but also enables rapid system updates, reliable stability, and flexible expansion of advanced and adaptable software functions through resource sharing among industrial computers, servo drives, and low-voltage functional modules. Moreover, the system is suitable for R&D designers and operators at various skill levels, allowing it to break conventional norms and meet personalized operational needs, thus enabling customized usage. This achievement holds significant importance for promoting the localization of CNC roll-grinding machine products.

At the solemn yet enthusiastic signing ceremony, Guiyang Xianfeng, leveraging its forward-looking strategic vision and deep industry expertise, specially invited the renowned Academician Zhou Ji—former president and expert in mechanical engineering—who is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering—to officiate this historically significant strategic partnership agreement. As a leading figure in China’s mechanical engineering field, Academician Zhou Ji is renowned both domestically and internationally for his profound academic expertise and extensive practical experience.
