“Participating in the hands-on training for Zhibang ERP has been immensely beneficial to us. It has helped us develop process-oriented thinking and fostered data awareness—it’s a training session that has brought about a paradigm shift and enhanced our capabilities,” said an employee from Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) with deep reflection after attending the Zhibang ERP hands-on training.

To implement the guiding principle of Guizhou Electromechanical (Group) Co., Ltd. regarding reform, innovation, and achieving leapfrog development with high quality and efficiency, and to comprehensively enhance the quality of internal control management and the effectiveness of production and operations, from April 11 to 12, 2024, Guiyang Xianfeng organized a two-day intensive hands-on training session on ZhiBang ERP for six units, including the Final Assembly Workshop, the Metalworking Workshop, and the Production and Supply Department. The training was led by instructors from ZhiBang International. The content covered everything from order entry through product BOM lists, R&D design, process time standards, procurement requirements, warehouse reconciliation, in-process quality inspection, production assembly, installation and commissioning, to after-sales maintenance. On-site practical exercises were conducted throughout the training to ensure that all participants became proficient in operating the system.

According to the previously formulated “Guiyang Xianfeng Informatization Investment and Construction Implementation Plan,” informatization projects will be treated as “top-priority” initiatives. To this end, Guiyang Xianfeng has established one leading group and 11 working groups. Clearly define organizational leadership, Unify thinking and reach a common understanding. The company’s leadership team will take the lead in learning, while mid-level managers and relevant business personnel will actively participate in the project’s investment and construction. To ensure the effectiveness of the training, the Guiyang Xianfeng Zhibang ERP working group has provided supervision and guidance to all departments, encouraging relevant business personnel to fully grasp the key aspects of Zhibang ERP and translate their learning outcomes into vivid practices that drive the advancement of informationization. They are also encouraged to master the critical methods for informationization development and continuously enhance their skills and business capabilities. Meanwhile, each department within Guiyang Xianfeng has assumed primary responsibility according to its respective division of duties, optimizing internal resource allocation to ensure the smooth and orderly implementation of the Zhibang ERP project.
