On the afternoon of June 14, 2023, the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. organized a ceremony to present medals and certificates for the 2022 “Three Innovations and Three Pioneers” model groups and individual pioneers. The meeting was chaired by Wu Suping, the full-time deputy secretary of the company’s Party Committee. Attending the meeting were members of the Guiyang Xianfeng leadership team, representatives from the Party and Government Office, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, as well as representatives from the “model groups” and “pioneer individuals.”

At the meeting, Comrade Wu Suping, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng, first read out the "Decision of the Party Committee of Guiyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. on Commending the Pioneering Collectives and Individuals for 2022," and then explained the "Report of the Party Committee of Guizhou Electromechanical Group on Rewarding the Collectives and Individuals Who Received the 'Three Innovations and Three Pioneers' Title from Guiyang Industrial Investment in 2022." Afterwards, Yi Yaxiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Guiyang Xianfeng, presented medals to the "Pioneering Collectives," while Fu Hengxun, General Manager, presented certificates to the "Pioneering Individuals." He also extended his heartfelt congratulations to the winning collectives and individuals and took a warm group photo with them.

At the award ceremony, Wu Changcheng, representative of the “Innovation Pioneer Team” awarded by the Municipal Industrial Investment Company and Director of the company’s Technology Center, delivered the acceptance speech. He stated that the Technology Center would cherish this honor, continue to uphold the spirit of hard work and perseverance, intensify its learning efforts, closely follow market demands, and drive innovative research and development. He emphasized that the center would fully play its role as a model and leader, strive diligently, and lead the Technology Center to achieve even greater successes. Comrade Huang Wanfen from the Party and Government Office, representing the “Pioneer Individual,” also delivered an acceptance speech, stating that she would carry forward... This honor will serve as a driving force for my future work. I will hold myself to even higher standards, continuously enhance both my overall and professional competencies, strive for greater perfection in my work, diligently fulfill my job responsibilities, and wholeheartedly perform my duties—thus repaying the company’s trust and support. Other award recipients also expressed their enthusiasm for cherishing the platform and seizing the opportunities even more, continuing to uphold the spirit of dedication and professionalism, and contributing their part to the company’s development.

Finally, Comrade Yi Yaxiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Guiyang Xianfeng, delivered an important speech. He pointed out that the development of Guiyang Xianfeng is inseparable from the active participation of every employee—every task relies on our employees, and all achievements belong to them. In the past year, 2022, the vast majority of cadres and employees at Guiyang Xianfeng have consistently upheld the company’s core values of “love for the factory, dedication, unity, and striving forward,” working vigorously to seize new opportunities and meet new challenges. Through technological innovation, management innovation, and reform of institutional mechanisms, we have effectively enhanced our core competitiveness. Guided by the business philosophy of “one core and two safeguards,” we have stepped up R&D investment in science and technology, continuously developed market-oriented products, and strengthened the market influence of the Xianfeng brand. Internally, we have further consolidated our foundational management, reinforced quality assurance, promoted the spirit of craftsmanship, standardized management practices, and improved operational efficiency. Externally, we have innovated marketing models, strengthened our service awareness, carefully nurtured the market, protected customer interests, and expanded our market share. Overall, we have successfully accomplished the targets and tasks set for 2022 and have substantively initiated work toward going public.

He emphasized that leading cadres at all levels of Guiyang Xianfeng, as well as the broad workforce, should deeply reflect upon and earnestly grasp the positioning of the Electromechanical Group, which has designated 2023 as the “Year of Efficiency.” It is crucial to fully understand that 2023 represents a pivotal stage for Guiyang Xianfeng as it strives to enter the capital market. We must further keep pace with the times and resolutely abandon the chronic maladies of “mediocrity, laziness, laxity, weakness, superficiality, and procrastination.” We need to adopt the right mindset, transform our thinking, refine our methods, and take proactive actions—transitioning from the current “rough-and-ready management” to “refined management,” and from the existing “arrangement-based management” to “implementation-oriented management.” We must embody the spirit of “daring to take responsibility and acting effectively,” “being eager to get things done, capable of getting things done, successfully accomplishing tasks, and avoiding mistakes.” We must strictly adhere to the job requirements and codes of conduct for leading cadres, which emphasize “daring to take responsibility, promoting unity, maintaining frequent communication, valuing collaboration, strengthening execution, pursuing development, upholding principles, and safeguarding integrity.” Together, we must unite and lead all Party members and employees with a sense of urgency and responsibility, roll up our sleeves and work hard, seize the significant opportunities presented by the “Strong Provincial Capital” initiative and the “Industrial Doubling” campaign, strive vigorously, ride the momentum, forge ahead through challenges, continuously innovate, and achieve outstanding operational and management results in 2023—the “Year of Efficiency”—thereby supporting the sustainable and healthy development of Guiyang Xianfeng and cultivating more advanced collectives and individuals.
