To strengthen the building and enhancement of grassroots Party organizations and further improve the organizational strength, cohesion, and combat effectiveness of Party branches, in... On the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, The Party branch of the Technology Center of Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guiyang Xianfeng") and the Party branch of Production and Supply at Guiyang Xianfeng carried out a joint party building activity. Let us jointly look back on the Party’s glorious journey, carry forward the great spirit of the Party’s founding, and earnestly promote in-depth and practical Party discipline education, guiding all Party members and cadres to heed the Party’s words, feel grateful for the Party’s kindness, and follow the Party’s lead. Through the “Leading the Lagging” branch joint-building initiative, we continuously promote complementary strengths among branches, resource sharing, and common development.

At the meeting, Comrade Liu Haobo, Secretary of the Production and Supply Party Branch, took the lead in studying the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China." Using the theme of the Technology Center Party Branch’s background wall—“Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Forging Ahead—Unremittingly Struggling to Realize the Chinese Dream of the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation”—as a starting point, he introduced the practical work of the Guiyang Xianfeng Technology Center Party Branch and the Production and Supply Party Branch. He then led party members in an exchange and discussion centered on how to integrate Party building into production and how Party building and business operations can mutually reinforce each other.
“I think it’s highly meaningful for party branches to collaborate on joint building activities,” said Comrade Liu Haobo, Secretary of the Production and Supply Party Branch. “Although each party branch has its own unique production circumstances, through communication, exchanges, and on-site observations during these joint efforts, we can further broaden our perspectives. Moreover, the branches can complement each other’s strengths, learn from one another, and mutually promote each other’s development. At the same time, by carrying out these joint building activities, each party branch can ‘identify the root causes of problems’ and ‘prescribe the right remedy,’ thereby further enhancing our Party-building work and demonstrating new achievements and new accomplishments.”

At the conclusion of the meeting, participating Party members expressed their views one after another. Deeply inspired and greatly benefited, I’ll be in Guiyang Xianfeng. Fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of Party members in the face of “urgent, difficult, dangerous, and important” tasks. Leverage the role of grassroots Party organizations as fighting fortresses, enhance the management capabilities of grassroots Party branches, and draw on the successful experiences of advanced Party branches in promoting production and business operations. Widely mobilize grassroots Party branches to “jointly plan, jointly build, jointly manage, jointly evaluate, and jointly share.” Truly achieve a seamless integration of division of labor and collaboration. Pioneer a new situation in grassroots work led by Party building.

Finally, led by the oath-taker, all Party members stood solemnly facing the Party flag, raised their right hands, and clenched their fists as they renewed their Party membership oath: “I voluntarily join the Communist Party of China, uphold the Party’s program, abide by the Party’s constitution, fulfill my duties as a Party member, and carry out the Party’s decisions... I am always ready to sacrifice everything for the Party and the people, and I will never betray the Party.” Each resolute and powerful oath expresses every Party member’s loyalty to the Party and their determination to dedicate their entire lives to the cause of communism. Each time we revisit these oaths, it is a cleansing for our souls—a renewed reaffirmation of our original aspirations and mission.
Next, the Party branch for production and supply will take the “Party building +” working model as a platform and carry out the “Advanced Leading the Less Advanced” paired assistance and capacity-building initiative among the grassroots Party branches of Guiyang Xianfeng through the approach of “branch collaboration, ideological leadership, and work interaction.” By continuously adopting this new Party building model of “advanced leading the less advanced,” we will foster an atmosphere of emulation, learning, and striving for excellence among the grassroots Party branches and Party members in Guiyang Xianfeng, ensure that the rectification efforts targeting branch-level issues yield tangible results, further enhance the role of grassroots Party organizations as fighting fortresses and Party members as exemplary pioneers, and achieve synergistic outcomes where 1+1>2.
