If he detects any defects or nonconformities in the castings, he actively participates in quality discussions held at the sub-plant, promptly reports nonconforming products to the sub-plant’s management, and works together with his colleagues to implement measures that address the root causes of these problems, thereby promptly mitigating losses caused by operational errors.
