MK84 – Workpiece-Traveling CNC Silver Rolling and Grinding Machine Series
The MK8420 CNC roll grinder is a CNC roll grinder independently developed, designed, and manufactured by Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (Xianfeng Machine Tool) based on nearly fifty years of experience in manufacturing roll grinders and the introduction of advanced foreign roll grinder manufacturing technologies. It is suitable for grinding slender shaft-type parts such as work rolls and backup rolls of 20-roll rolling mills. The grinding wheel rotation is driven by a 1PH7 spindle motor powered by the Siemens S120 drive system, while the workpiece rotation is driven by an AC motor also powered by the Siemens S120 drive system. The remaining three CNC axes work together to meet the grinding and measurement requirements of the roll grinder, achieving efficient and high-precision roll grinding.

It is a medium-specification wheelhead-moving CNC roll grinder in the MK84 series produced by Xianfeng Machine Tool Factory.
