MM10 – Precision Centerless Grinding Machine Series
The precision centerless grinder is used for batch and mass grinding of high-precision cylindrical, conical, and rotationally symmetrical workpieces on their external surfaces. The grinding wheel headstock features a sleeve-type cantilever support structure, while the guide wheel employs a detachable dual-support configuration. Both the grinding wheel and guide wheel spindles are equipped with short four-pad tilting-pad hydrodynamic bearings, and the rest support utilizes a modular V-shaped rest plate that can pivot and move vertically. The feed mechanism incorporates plastic-coated guideways and is fitted with a mechanical unloading device and a quantitative compensation unit, enabling semi-automatic grinding cycles.
