To deepen the reform of building a workforce of industrial workers and to vigorously cultivate a large contingent of industrial workers who are knowledgeable, skilled, and innovative, the Guizhou Provincial Federation of Machinery, Metallurgy, and Building Materials Industries recently issued the "Decision of the Guizhou Provincial Federation of Machinery, Metallurgy, and Building Materials Industries on Conferring the Honorary Titles of Industrial Craftsman, Gold-Medal Worker, and Job Expert." Xing Zhuchun, a CNC milling operator from the Metalworking Branch of Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guiyang Xianfeng"), has been awarded the title of "Gold-Medal Worker." This honor is bestowed upon model workers among frontline employees.
Xing Zhu Chun is currently a CNC milling operator at the Guiyang Xianfeng Gold Processing Branch. After graduating from Xianfeng Technical College in 1988, Joining Guizhou Xianfeng to start working, For consecutive years, he has consistently exceeded his individual planned work hours, completing over 8,000 hours of work annually for the past three years and accumulating more than 600 hours of overtime each year. His outstanding work performance and strong sense of responsibility have earned unanimous recognition from the company, the branch factory, and his colleagues. As a result, he has been honored with the Guiyang Xianfeng Award for several consecutive years. Honors such as “Outstanding Quality Worker” and “Advanced Production Worker,” and has repeatedly represented the company in provincial and municipal employee vocational skills competitions, among which: In 2006, he won second place in the Guiyang City Vocational Skills Competition and was awarded the title of Technical Expert; in 2006, he placed eighth in the provincial employee vocational skills competition; in 2022...
