Recently, the 5th Fourth Session of the Trade Union Members’ Congress and the Employees’ Congress (hereinafter referred to as the “Employees’ Congress”) of Guiyang Xianfeng was held in the Trade Union Grand Auditorium. Members of the Party Committee and Chairman Yi Yaxiang, General Manager Fu Hengxun, and other members of the management team, along with all employee representatives, attended the meeting. Representatives from the Mechanical & Electrical Group also participated. The meeting was co-hosted by Mu Yunjie, a member of the Party Committee and Executive Deputy General Manager of Guiyang Xianfeng, and Long Tao, a member of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union.

As the solemn prelude to the national anthem begins, All delegates stood up and the national anthem was played. Once the national anthem had concluded, The meeting thus kicked off. 。

At the meeting, the “General Manager’s Work Report,” the “Trade Union Work Report,” the “Financial Work Report,” and the “Report on Proposals and Suggestions” of Guiyang Xianfeng were reviewed and approved. Members of the Guiyang Xianfeng leadership team and employee representatives engaged in multifaceted discussions on major issues concerning the company’s development, fully listened to the opinions and suggestions of the broad workforce, and thoroughly respected employees’ rights and interests.

At the meeting, employees fully exercised their democratic rights by deliberating on and supervising major corporate matters. This clarified employees’ position and role in corporate governance, underscored the necessity of employee participation in corporate governance, helped to foster a sense of ownership among employees, encouraged them to pay closer attention to the company’s long-term development, and injected continuous vitality into the enterprise.
In their interactions with employees, members of the leadership team at Guiyang Xianfeng have paid close attention to employees’ practical needs, actively responded to their concerns, and helped them resolve a range of real-world issues. This has effectively enhanced employees’ sense of fulfillment, happiness, and security, thereby fostering a positive atmosphere within the company.
