As the Spring Festival approaches, in order to earnestly implement the spirit of safety production work conferences at all levels and comprehensively strengthen winter safety management, build a robust safety protection network, and firmly prevent and curb all kinds of safety accidents, on the morning of January 25, Liu Li, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Municipal Industrial Investment Company, led a team to Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) to carry out a supervisory inspection of safety production. Accompanying her were Tan Wei, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the Electromechanical Group; Yi Yaxiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Guiyang Xianfeng; Wu Suping, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Long Tao, member of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union; and relevant personnel from the Party and Mass Work Department of the Electromechanical Group.

Liu Li and her delegation visited the metalworking sub-factory, the final assembly sub-factory, and other frontline production sites one after another. They gained an understanding of the on-site production conditions, inspected the facilities, equipment, signage, and markings at the sites, and conducted supervision and inspection on the implementation of various safety production measures and deployments issued by the group company, as well as on safe production operations, on-site safety management, and fire safety. They also listened to a briefing on the current industrial development status of Guiyang Xianfeng and gave full recognition to the company’s outstanding contributions in successfully completing all its production tasks.

During the inspection, Liu Li emphasized several safety production requirements in light of the on-site production operations: One is We must uphold the principle of putting the people and life first, firmly establish the concept of safe development, strictly adhere to the bottom line of safe development, and ensure that everyone fully assumes their responsibility for safe production. We should also establish a grid-based management system for safe production that extends horizontally across all departments and vertically to every level. Second is We must deeply learn from the lessons of recent safety accidents, draw broader lessons from specific cases, and use these incidents to drive improvements. We should carry out comprehensive large-scale inspections and rectifications aimed at enhancing production safety. We must consistently maintain regular enforcement efforts against illegal activities and violations in both production safety and fire safety. For any hazards or problems identified, we must strictly implement closed-loop management. Third is Closely monitor weather changes, strengthen analysis and assessment, take proactive preventive measures, and ensure personnel safety. Fourth is Strengthen on-duty and guard arrangements, strictly implement the system of leadership-led shifts and 24-hour on-duty at key posts, and ensure swift response, rapid coordination, and prompt handling in emergency situations.
