On the morning of February 8, Guo Zhen, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Municipal Industrial Investment Company, led a team to Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guiyang Xianfeng") to carry out pre-holiday safety production inspections and offer condolences to party members facing difficulties. Wang Dianmin, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Electromechanical Group, Yi Yaxiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Guiyang Xianfeng, Fu Hengxun, General Manager, Wu Suping, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Mu Yunjie, a member of the Party Committee and Executive Deputy General Manager, and Huang Wei, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, accompanied the leadership team.

First, Comrade Guo Zhen, representing the Municipal Industrial Investment Company, visited and extended condolences to two Party members facing difficulties at Guiyang Xianfeng. He conveyed the company’s care and New Year greetings to them, reminded them to take good care of their health, and encouraged them to promptly report any difficulties they might encounter to the Party organization.

Subsequently, Guo Zhen and his delegation visited the final assembly workshop, the casting and forging workshop, and other frontline production sites. They gained an understanding of the on-site conditions, inspected the facilities, equipment, signage, and markings, and conducted a thorough review of how to implement the Group’s various safety production measures, safe work practices, on-site safety management, and fire safety protocols. They also listened to a briefing on the current development and production status of Guiyang Xianfeng, and expressed full recognition of Guiyang Xianfeng’s outstanding contributions to the successful completion of all production tasks.

Comrade Guo Zhen stated that safety work must never be taken lightly at any time, especially during holidays when we must be even more vigilant and keep the “safety responsibility string” taut at all times. He emphasized the need to proactively address the impact of weather changes during the transition from winter to spring, rigorously implement duty requirements during the holiday period, strictly adhere to operational procedures, increase the frequency of equipment inspections, maintenance, and upkeep, and maintain tight control over potential operational risks and hazards throughout the entire process. Furthermore, he stressed the importance of intensifying the study of safety knowledge, truly transforming the sense of responsibility—“always being concerned and worried”—into actionable commitment—“having confidence in every task.” This will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations and production during the holiday period.
