A new year brings a fresh outlook, and enterprises are bustling with production. With the Spring Festival holiday now behind us, Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) has sounded the “assembly call” for resuming work and production, fully dedicating itself to intense manufacturing efforts, striving to accelerate momentum in the new year and making every effort to achieve a strong start.

Stepping into the production workshop of Guiyang Xianfeng, we hear the roar of machinery along the assembly lines, and workers are racing against time to process various components. The entire production site presents a vibrant, bustling scene—tense yet highly organized. Although the Spring Festival holiday has just ended, all cadres and employees show no signs of fatigue. Putting the overall development of the company first, they are fully committed to ensuring product quality and working tirelessly to “speed up progress and secure orders,” striving to win the first battle of the new year. Throughout the Spring Festival period, Guiyang Xianfeng had over 500 employees working overtime, and upon resuming work, 743 employees reported for duty on the very first day—achieving a 100% attendance rate.

The development of enterprises is inseparable from the hard work and dedication of our colleagues—the employees. Whether it’s overcoming critical technological bottlenecks or solving the challenges of high-quality development, it all hinges on the tireless efforts and innovative spirit of the vast workforce.

In 2024, Guiyang Xianfeng will actively respond to the “Quality and Efficiency Year” goal set by its higher-level Party committee, comprehensively carrying out cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancing initiatives aimed at tapping new revenue streams, cutting unnecessary expenses, plugging loopholes, and implementing “penetrative” service and management practices. Taking “action” as our top priority, we will spare no effort in boosting production and ensuring timely delivery. Adhering to a work style characterized by “rigor, prudence, meticulousness, and practicality,” we will strictly control product quality to guarantee on-time delivery of high-quality products. Currently, Guiyang Xianfeng has a robust order backlog for the first quarter of 2024, with production resources fully utilized. Our CNC roll-grinding machines have already been scheduled through the fourth quarter of 2024, and orders continue to rise steadily. The entire range of centerless grinders is in short supply. While giving our all to achieve outstanding results in the first quarter, we are also vigorously pursuing business expansion, upgrading machinery and equipment, developing new products, and fostering technological innovation—laying a solid foundation for this year’s work and setting a strong start. We are determined to forge a new path that better suits Guiyang Xianfeng’s future development.
