Promoting “Refined” Management Through “Digital and Intelligent” Development—Guiyang Xianfeng Implements Zhibang ERP Integrated System to Boost Its Informatization

To effectively promote the informationization, digitalization, and intelligentization of Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) and accelerate its path toward an IPO, at the end of 2023, the Guiyang Xianfeng Technology Center, the Enterprise Management and Information Department, and other relevant departments and units collaborated closely. They conducted a comprehensive evaluation of numerous ERP/MES systems from both domestic and international suppliers, considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, compatibility with Guiyang Xianfeng’s operations, continuity with Guiyang Xianfeng’s existing informationization efforts, as well as aspects related to marketing, R&D, procurement, inventory, production, and finance. In particular, they engaged in multiple rounds of discussions and conducted tests and simulations using real data on dynamic analysis and management of production and inventory. After reaching a consensus that the Zhibang integrated ERP software system could basically meet Guiyang Xianfeng’s current operational and production needs as well as its working model requirements, the team visited Zhibang International’s headquarters and similar enterprises in Guiyang Xianfeng’s industry. Based on this comprehensive assessment, they ultimately recommended implementing the Zhibang integrated ERP software system at Guiyang Xianfeng, making integrated management readily accessible and helping Guiyang Xianfeng take its digital and intelligent transformation to a new level.

To swiftly introduce Zhibang ERP—a data-integrated, collaborative management system—and to promote standardized enterprise management, Guiyang Xianfeng completed the implementation of the Zhibang system with high efficiency before the Spring Festival. Before and during the Spring Festival, various departments at Guiyang Xianfeng organized their employees to log into the Zhibang system one after another, enabling them to gain a basic understanding of the system. After the holiday, relevant departments at Guiyang Xianfeng began the full-scale implementation of the Zhibang ERP integrated software system. By adopting a method of conducting training concurrently with the development of operational procedures and usage plans, employees were encouraged to quickly master and adapt to the new system. Meanwhile, Zhibang’s training instructors came to Guiyang Xianfeng to provide on-site training, addressing employees’ questions and clarifying any uncertainties they had, thereby helping to resolve difficulties encountered during the implementation process and ensuring that everyone could use the system correctly. Currently, the full-scale implementation of the system is proceeding smoothly and orderly; as of this stage, it has been rolled out to departments responsible for marketing, R&D, and procurement. According to the planned schedule, the system will next be fully implemented across multiple departments, including production, inventory, and workshop operations.

The construction of enterprise informationization has become an indispensable stage for Guiyang Xianfeng’s high-quality development. The introduction of Zhibang’s integrated ERP software system can effectively propel Guiyang Xianfeng to steadily advance on the path toward digitalization and intelligentization, helping to reduce production costs, enhance production efficiency, and drive Guiyang Xianfeng toward high-quality economic development, strengthen its competitive edge, and improve its overall management level. To this end, Guiyang Xianfeng will continue to closely monitor the operation and implementation of the Zhibang system, actively cooperate with Zhibang’s implementation team to complete the planned tasks, promptly identify, analyze, and resolve any issues that arise, and provide even stronger support for accelerating Guiyang Xianfeng’s informationization process.
