March Women's Day—Bright and Beautiful Women's Festival: A Report on the "March 8" International Working Women's Day Event of Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd.

In the vibrant month of March, as all things awaken from their winter slumber, the air is filled with a rich spring atmosphere. To celebrate the 114th International Working Women's Day on March 8, and to ensure that all female employees enjoy a healthy, joyful, warm, harmonious, memorable, and meaningful holiday, Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) organized various trade unions to carry out a variety of colorful celebratory activities, jointly celebrating this special day dedicated to women. These activities aim to showcase women’s healthy, positive, optimistic, and enterprising spirit, express their deep love for work and life, foster solidarity and cooperation among company employees, promote the corporate ethos of "love the factory, dedicate oneself, unite, and forge ahead," and create a solemn, enthusiastic, and festive holiday atmosphere.

This event adopted a format in which female employees from each sub-union formed teams to participate. Each team consisted of eight members, working together to tackle a “fun-filled relay game” composed of four exciting challenges: “Crossing the River by Feeling for Stones,” “Ping-Pong Ball Shooting,” “Picking Up Glass Marbles,” and “Hurdle Race.” During the event, teams took the stage one after another in the order determined by a draw conducted by the chairperson of their respective sub-unions. After intense competition in the preliminary round, the semifinals, and the finals, the entire venue was buzzing with an enthusiastic atmosphere, filled with laughter and joyful chatter. The participating female employees fully demonstrated their spirit of teamwork, cooperating seamlessly and giving their all in every challenge. Their agility, quick thinking, and unwavering determination highlighted the charm and strength of female workers.

In the “Crossing the River by Feeling for Stones” segment, the female employees had to step carefully from one “stone” to another, making their way from the starting point to the finish line of the “river.” This challenge not only tested their balance but also put their courage and perseverance to the test. In the “Ping-Pong Basket Shot” segment, the female employees were tasked with accurately tossing ping-pong balls into baskets—a task that demanded not only precise hand-eye coordination but also great patience and meticulousness. In the “Picking Up Glass Marbles” segment, the female employees used chopsticks to pick up tiny glass marbles one by one and place them accurately into designated containers. This challenge tested their patience and concentration, allowing everyone to see the delicate and conscientious side of these female employees. Finally, the “Rowdy March” segment was a uniquely engaging relay race: the female employees paired up in teams of two, back-to-back, holding balloons between their bodies as they crossed the racecourse. This segment not only tested their coordination and teamwork skills but also highlighted their courage to take on challenges and their willingness to face difficulties without fear.

Throughout the entire event, the female employees demonstrated extraordinary talent and strength. Their performances were in no way inferior to those of their male colleagues, greatly enhancing the atmosphere of the event and bringing joy and inspiration to everyone. After fierce competition, the Production and Supply Union emerged as the champion with an outstanding performance, while the Gold Processing Union and the Technical Center Union respectively took second and third places. This achievement not only recognizes their hard work and dedication but also serves as the finest testament to their spirit of teamwork.

After the event concluded, the female employees expressed that this activity not only allowed them to experience the power of teamwork but also made them feel more confident in facing the challenges at work. They said they would continue to leverage their strengths and contribute their efforts to the company’s development and society’s progress.
