Precise deployment: Since the launch of the Party Member Pioneer Project, the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng has attached great importance to it and carefully organized relevant leaders and departments to hold meetings for planning and deployment. They have refined the division of responsibilities for the project and developed a detailed implementation plan. Task Assignment: On the basis of carefully completing all prescribed tasks, the Technology Center is responsible for technical research, CNC system selection, overall scheme design, and the design of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and process-related components. It also provides technical support services such as software development and debugging. The mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and process sections are led respectively by Party members Long Yousheng, Chun Guangwen, Yuan Jiazhen, Huang Huisheng, Xu Xinli, Zhu Jianmin, Zhang Qunyu, and Ma Lifei, who guide the design efforts and drive forward the progress of various aspects of this project—including design, production services, testing, and commissioning.

By capitalizing on the resource-sharing advantages of industrial computers, servo drives, and low-voltage functional modules, they have achieved the ideal outcome of rapid system updates, reliable stability, and flexible expansion of advanced and suitable software functionalities. Be a pioneer in tackling tough challenges and accelerate our pace. To ensure the smooth and timely completion of project milestones, the Party branch of the Technology Center has fully leveraged its role as a fighting fortress, openly identifying itself and taking on the heaviest responsibilities. The branch has engaged in multiple rounds of discussions and exchanges with Huazhong CNC, and both sides have repeatedly dispatched relevant staff members to the site for technical exchanges and learning. Party members have even volunteered enthusiastically, working overtime in the workshop to conduct system testing, closely following the progress on-site and conducting thorough on-site supervision and inspection. They have also coordinated to resolve challenging issues—such as technical difficulties and supply lead times—that have arisen during the project’s construction, thereby ensuring the rapid advancement of the project. Multifaceted thinking, practical action and tangible results. While jointly designing and developing a domestically produced CNC system that meets grinding requirements in collaboration with Huazhong CNC, Guiyang Xianfeng has fully leveraged its role as the incumbent “chain leader,” bringing together various subsidiaries within the electromechanical group’s industrial chain. Together, they have successfully developed and mastered core components—such as Guizhou Yong’an Motors and Guiyang Yongli Bearings—that offer higher added value and can replace imported parts under comparable conditions. Additionally, Xianfeng has tapped into resources from upstream chain enterprises like Guizhou Xinhui Welding Technology, collectively creating a fully domestically produced CNC roll-grinding machine branded “Xianfeng.” After completing final assembly and commissioning, Xianfeng Logistics has been brought in to provide logistics and transportation services for external shipments, effectively mobilizing existing resources across the chain and achieving resource sharing. On February 2, 2024, the project’s results were successfully reviewed and accepted during a ceremony marking the delivery of the domestically produced roll-grinding machines—a ceremony attended by representatives from all participating enterprises. Among these machines, three units have already been shipped overseas. Currently, the project has essentially concluded, generating an output value exceeding 17 million yuan and taking a crucial step forward in helping Guiyang Xianfeng build, strengthen, and extend its industrial chain.
