May 2024 marks the fourth “Civil Code Promotion Month.” To effectively strengthen the study and publicity of the Civil Code and guide company employees to develop an awareness of respecting, learning, abiding by, and applying the law, Create a strong atmosphere for studying and promoting the Civil Code. On the afternoon of May 15, 2024, Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guiyang Xianfeng") held a publicity and study session on the Civil Code in the company's large conference room on the second floor. The event was chaired by Peng Zhenhai, Head of the Party-Mass and Human Resources Department and Director of the Audit and Legal Affairs Department at Guiyang Xianfeng. More than 20 representatives from various departments of Guiyang Xianfeng attended the training. 。

This event is themed with The lecture, led by Bao Demei, a staff member of the Guizhou Xianfeng Audit and Legal Department, will focus on the status, history, and key contents of each section of the Civil Code. One is It introduces the evolution and significant status of the Civil Code as an “encyclopedia of social life.” Second is It provides a detailed interpretation of the contents of each section, including General Provisions, Property Rights, Contracts, Personality Rights, Marriage and Family, Inheritance, and Tort Liability. Third is Based on the provisions in the Contract Section and combined with actual company cases, this explains in a clear and easy-to-understand manner the importance of each step involved in the contract-signing process.
At the event site, everyone listened attentively, actively participated in discussions, and engaged in lively exchanges with one another, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Participants unanimously expressed that this event was different from previous training sessions; the interactive elements not only boosted participation but also enabled them to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of the Civil Code.

At the conclusion of the event, Peng Zhenhai, Head of the Party-Mass and Human Resources Department and Director of the Audit and Legal Affairs Department at Guiyang Xianfeng, emphasized that the Civil Code encompasses numerous laws and contains a wealth of content closely related to our daily lives and work. He expressed his hope that after the event, everyone would proactively study the Civil Code and foster a positive atmosphere of learning about the law, understanding the law, respecting the law, and applying the law.
