Standardizing Expense Reimbursement and Strengthening Internal Management —— Special Training on Standardizing Expense Reimbursement at Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd.

To further promote the standardization of expense reimbursement management at Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”), enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the expense reimbursement process, and ensure the orderly conduct of Guiyang Xianfeng’s financial operations, a special training session on standardized expense reimbursement was held on the morning of June 21, 2024, in the large conference room on the second floor of Guiyang Xianfeng. This training, centered on the theme of standardizing expense reimbursement, aims to improve Guiyang Xianfeng employees’ awareness and execution capabilities regarding the expense reimbursement process. The training was led by Zhu Jianghua, Finance Director, Secretary of the Board of Directors, and Securities Affairs Representative of Guiyang Xianfeng. Members of Guiyang Xianfeng’s leadership team, heads of various departments, and relevant staff attended the session.

During the training, Zhu Jianghua provided a detailed and in-depth explanation of the standardized management of expense reimbursements for hospitality fees, travel expenses, vehicle expenses, telephone charges, and other related costs. At the same time, drawing on real-life case studies from Guiyang Xianfeng, he put forward specific, targeted requirements and operational guidelines, offering strong guidance and support for the participants’ expense-reimbursement work.
The trainees listened attentively and actively participated in the discussions, demonstrating a positive and conducive learning atmosphere. Through this training, everyone gained a deeper understanding and mastery of the standardized management of expense reimbursement.
The implementation of this training marks another step forward for Guiyang Xianfeng in standardizing its expense reimbursement procedures, enhancing reimbursement efficiency and accuracy, and laying a solid foundation for further improving the company’s financial management level.
Next, Guiyang Xianfeng will continue to strengthen internal control management, refine its risk management mechanisms, and constantly enhance the overall competence and professional skills of its staff. It will also establish a more standardized, efficient, and robust internal control management system, providing a solid foundation for Guiyang Xianfeng’s long-term development.
