On a sweltering summer weekend, a group of people at Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) remained steadfast at their posts. Despite the scorching heat, they endured it without complaint, continuing to sweat profusely and working tirelessly on the production line.

Currently, Guiyang Xianfeng’s order backlog extends into the first quarter of 2025, and it has become routine for employees in the painting section of the final assembly plant to work overtime and rush to meet urgent production deadlines. To expedite the painting of products destined for Algeria and ensure timely shipment according to the production schedule, Li Xianqiang and Li Qinggang, team leaders of the painting section at Guiyang Xianfeng’s final assembly plant, along with team members including Liu Zhongyi and Liu Qingfang, have been coming to work extra hours.

Li Xianqiang said, “Alright, we’ll speed up the pace while ensuring product quality.” This statement was simple yet firm, brimming with dedication and conviction toward his work. It reflected the professionalism and sense of responsibility of frontline production workers, who always approach challenges with a positive attitude, leveraging their expertise and experience to successfully complete production tasks.
