The training was conducted by a team of instructors, including Sun Youde, a chief-level engineer from Jinan Second Machine Tool—the contractor for the Guiyang Xianfeng PLM project; Wang Yinglei, a field engineer for the Shanghai Sippl PLM system; and Jia Guodong, department manager at Sippl. The instructors provided a detailed introduction to the PLM system’s overall architecture and functional modules, covering areas such as project management, document management, component management, process management, and change management. Through intuitive demonstrations and case studies, participants gained a clear understanding of the relationships among these modules and their practical application scenarios in real-world work environments. In addition, to familiarize participants with the system’s operational procedures, the instructors conducted on-site demonstrations and simulated exercises, walking participants through the entire workflow—from project creation and task assignment to document uploading and approval, component creation and maintenance, and change request submission and approval—allowing employees to personally experience the system’s ease of use.

Through this pre-launch briefing and training for the PLM system, all employees have gained a deep understanding of the PLM system’s functions and value, mastered its operational procedures, and are now poised to drive the deep integration of digital capabilities with business operations. This will provide strong support for the official launch of the Guiyang Xianfeng PLM system and inject new momentum into the company’s innovative development!
