“Count the ‘fu’ days starting from the third Geng day after the Summer Solstice.” On July 11, the first day of the “Sanfu” period arrived, bringing with it a severe test in the face of scorching heat waves. In the production workshop, where the heat is overwhelming, various types of production equipment are tirelessly radiating their own heat. The frontline workers at Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) have already been drenched in sweat. Ignoring the sweat streaming down their foreheads, they meticulously follow the process procedures. Enduring high temperatures and sweltering heat, they remain steadfast at their posts, unafraid of the heat, and use their sweat to embody responsibility and dedication. Their busy figures keep moving back and forth throughout the workshop, creating a vibrant and beautiful scene.
Guiyang Xianfeng consistently upholds the philosophy of putting people first and caring for its employees. The company’s various branch factories have organized themselves to prepare mung bean soup for employees and deliver it directly to the production sites, allowing workers to enjoy a refreshing drink that not only helps them beat the heat but also lets them feel the company’s heartfelt care and concern.

Early in the morning, after quickly and efficiently finishing their regular duties, the staff began preparing to make mung bean soup. They washed the mung beans thoroughly and slowly simmered them over low heat. After careful and meticulous preparation, the fragrant and sweet mung bean soup was ready. Once cooled and topped with ice cubes, it was delivered straight to the production site. “This mung bean soup is specially made for everyone—why not have a cup to beat the summer heat?” As the workers took the mung bean soup, they smiled warmly and joked playfully: “After sipping this icy drink, I feel instantly refreshed—and I can keep going for another few hours!” These simple, heartfelt words from these down-to-earth workers carry the weight of hardships and efforts that those working on the front lines could never fully appreciate. Every single product our company produces is nurtured by their hard work and dedication. All we can do is offer our humble support and show them some genuine care and concern.

On the front lines of production, the sweltering heat does nothing to dampen the workers’ enthusiasm. They continue working with great vigor and passion. Some wear stifling dust masks that have already turned their faces pale from being soaked in sweat; their clothes are so drenched with sweat that you could wring water right out of them. Others don protective, airtight heat-resistant suits, their foreheads rubbed raw by oily hands sweating profusely, leaving their skin’s original color barely visible. Still others drive vehicles high above the ground, endlessly shuttling materials back and forth—clothes long since encrusted with salt stains. Yet despite the scorching heat and relentless summer sun, they remain undaunted, embodying dedication and professionalism with their unwavering commitment. It is precisely because of these admirable and lovable employees—whose ordinary posts shine with extraordinary value—that the company’s production and operations can run safely and smoothly. For the sake of the company’s growth, they contribute their strength wholeheartedly and without complaint. Let us pay tribute to the workers on the production front lines and sincerely say: You’ve worked so hard!

The mung bean soup brought a touch of coolness to the employees fighting on the front lines, while also letting them feel the care and concern from their organization. Everyone expressed that they would turn this kindness into motivation at work and continue contributing their strength to the company’s development.
Next, Guiyang Xianfeng will continue to carry out the “Delivering Coolness” campaign, preparing herbal remedies such as Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid, installing additional electric fans, and replacing existing ones. We’ll focus on providing meticulous care for frontline workers and ensuring effective measures are taken to prevent heatstroke and keep them cool. This will help safeguard the occupational health of frontline production staff, fully leverage the role of the trade union, promote the joint building and sharing of a happy working environment, and genuinely enhance workers’ sense of fulfillment and happiness. We’re grateful for their unwavering dedication and courage in facing the scorching summer heat as they steadfastly hold their posts on the front lines. We urge them to pay close attention to heat prevention and cooling measures while performing their duties diligently.
