“Diligently performing one’s own job duties, approaching work with a 100-percent sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrating an owner’s spirit in one’s work style—this, in my view, is what it means to be dedicated,” said Wu Shiqin with a smile, as she was responsible for tasks such as “warehouse inventory” and data entry for “inventory, sales, and procurement” during the pre-IPO preparation work at Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”).

Wu Shiqin, female, born in 1969 Year 10 Month, at 1987 Year 8 Joined Guiyang Xianfeng in the month, currently serving as the team leader of the dispatching group in the Production and Supply Department of Guiyang Xianfeng. Nearly ... years old. 54 At the age of [age], she works at Xianfeng in Guiyang. 36 She consistently inspires her younger colleagues with her enthusiastic work ethic and unwavering passion for continuous learning. Her dedication to her job injects powerful positive energy into those around her. Since Guiyang Xianfeng officially kicked off preparations for its IPO, Comrade Wu Shiqin has not only diligently carried out the IPO-related tasks but has also made full use of her after-work hours, weekends, and holidays to work overtime and devote extra effort to her regular professional duties.

In the words of my colleagues “Sister Shi,” as the young employees affectionately call her, is just one among countless grassroots workers. She brings a meticulous and rigorous work ethic to everything she does. She confronts challenges head-on, races against time, and dedicates her energy to the development of Guiyang Xianfeng.
“Inventory checks in the warehouse” are complex, and entering “sales, purchase, and inventory” data is tedious. When you’re held accountable, you’ve got to step up and take responsibility. To keep the work moving forward, Wu Shiqin—meticulous down to the smallest detail—daily organizes her tasks into clear tables and charts, highlighting key priorities and promoting systematic progress, thereby driving all tasks and specific assignments forward with high quality and efficiency. Because there’s always “endless work to do,” she often arrives at the office earliest and leaves latest among her team members.

When team members needed to work overtime urgently due to work assignments, Wu Shiqin stepped up to support the team. As the “reserve force,” she serves meals, delivers food, and arranges vehicles to take overtime workers home. No matter how late the team stays at work, she stays with them until the very end.
During the warehouse inventory process, she approached every part and every model with meticulous attention to detail. When encountering errors, she carefully reviewed each incoming and outgoing document as well as every part’s model number, repeatedly verifying them one by one. Ultimately, she promptly resolved the issues, providing Guiyang Xianfeng’s production and operations with clearer data materials and offering strong support for subsequent production and business activities. Previously, all relevant data had been manually handwritten, leading to difficulties such as prolonged work hours due to the need to repeatedly visit the workshop to locate original documents, delayed return of rough-cast sub-pages, and failure to update accounts in a timely manner—resulting in discrepancies between records and actual inventory. In this role, she served as a key member of the team. As a “lubricant,” she constantly communicated and coordinated with the workshop planners, tracking down original vouchers. When team members struggled to match data due to their unfamiliarity with Guiyang Xianfeng’s production and business model, she stepped in as a “teacher,” providing hands-on guidance and patiently answering their questions until they became fully proficient in the accounting rules for recording parts into and out of the parts inventory ledger.
She and the data “Taking things seriously” and “rivaling with the parts”—even when confronted with enormous workloads and vast, complex datasets, she never once said “no.” During the pre-launch preparation phase, with her decisive and efficient working style, she organized and coordinated team members to complete inventory counts and data entry tasks on time and to the required quality standards, as dictated by Guiyang Xianfeng’s schedule, thereby making warehouse management even more standardized.
“Going public can boost a company’s growth, so our work needs to be even more rigorous, and our attitude toward our jobs must be more proactive. Everyone is working hard and striving with all their might—how could I possibly fail to quietly put in the effort and keep fighting on my own post?” said Wu Shiqin. “Inventory checks in the warehouse and data entry for ‘sales, purchases, and inventory’ are complex and numerous tasks, yet Wu Shiqin always maintains an extremely meticulous attitude toward every single one of them. There are many other grassroots cadres and employees like Wu Shiqin who work silently behind the scenes. It’s precisely because of their dedication that Guiyang Xianfeng’s efforts to go public have taken another step closer to achieving their goal.”
