Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was established in 1958 and has a history of over 60 years. It has gone through stages of entrepreneurship, development, striving forward, efficiency, innovation, and vision-setting. In 2021, the company was listed as part of Guizhou Province's pre-IPO resource pool, and in April 2022, it officially initiated the process of preparing for an IPO listing.
After more than ten months of intense and relentless efforts, we’ve overcome one seemingly insurmountable hurdle after another, surmounted one seemingly impossible challenge after another, and accomplished one seemingly impossible task after another. Currently, the listing preparation work has entered a critical phase prior to the shareholding reform. All staff members of Guiyang Xianfeng are working closely together, coordinating seamlessly from top to bottom, and diligently pressing ahead with the scheduled milestones for the IPO, even working overtime when necessary...
