Since April 2022, Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) has officially launched its listing preparation work. Strictly enforcing standardized internal control management within the company is a prerequisite for its IPO, and the reconciliation of inventory, sales, and procurement has become the key bottleneck in accounting audits. To better rationalize and standardize internal control management, Guiyang Xianfeng has introduced the U8+ system to manage the inbound and outbound movements of materials, ensuring that book records match physical inventory exactly, that material flows are clearly organized, and that the reconciliation relationships in the company’s inventory, sales, and procurement ledgers are accurate and reliable.

The U8+ system is achieved through Three levels of permission management—functional-level permission management, data-level permission management, and amount-level permission management—offer enterprises effective operational management approaches through various combination methods for security control. The U8+ system’s standardized approach to inbound and outbound management not only helps each department maintain a clear and organized record of material movements but also significantly enhances Guiyang Xianfeng’s internal control and compliance framework—factors that are crucial for the company’s future public listing. During a training session, Liu Haobo, a member of the Party Committee and Assistant General Manager of Guiyang Xianfeng, provided detailed explanations to relevant company staff on the operational procedures and key considerations for using the U8+ system’s inbound and outbound management module. He also promptly addressed and clarified any questions raised on-site, ensuring that all departmental staff fully understand and master how to use the U8+ system for standardized warehouse management. Given that different departments have varying responsibilities, the methods of using the U8+ system and the specific inbound and outbound procedures differ accordingly. Therefore, departments must work closely together and coordinate effectively to ensure that material movements are clearly documented and properly planned. This includes rationalizing the procurement, usage, and warehousing of materials, so that every item and every component can be tracked and accounted for with complete transparency.
