Gathering Outstanding Young Talents and Unleashing Their Potential—Guiyang Xianfeng Holds Orientation and First Networking Meeting for Management Trainees

The sustainable development of an enterprise requires the infusion of fresh talent; after all, people are the primary resource for high-quality enterprise development. The Management Trainee Program is a talent initiative launched by Guiyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. to continuously strengthen talent pipeline development, further deepen reforms in talent systems and mechanisms, and firmly propel the enterprise toward higher-quality development goals. On the afternoon of November 6, 2023, Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. held a welcome ceremony and the first orientation meeting for its management trainees. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Wu Suping, the full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng, and attended by leaders in charge of the Marketing Center and the Technology Center of Guiyang Xianfeng, heads of relevant departments, management trainees, and related staff members.

First, Comrade Wu Suping, the full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng, welcomed the four management trainees on behalf of the company. Following that, Peng Zhenhai, head of the Party and Mass Work & Human Resources Department, introduced the historical development of Guiyang Xianfeng. Wu Changcheng, secretary of the Party branch and director of the Technology Center, Yin Kaiqi, general manager of the Marketing Center, head of the Sales Division, and head of the Comprehensive Service Department, and Chen Yubo, secretary of the Party branch, factory director of the Final Assembly Plant, and factory director of the Metalworking Plant, each gave a brief introduction to their respective departments. Afterwards, the four management trainees each introduced themselves one by one.

Finally, Comrade Wu Suping, the full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng, put forward three expectations for the management trainees. One is Adopt a “starting from zero” mindset when studying, seek guidance and learn extensively from your mentors, and demonstrate boldness and initiative to take the lead. Second is Put theory into practice and leverage your strengths—transform your extensive theoretical knowledge into practical actions that drive enterprise development. Third is With high standards and strict requirements, we will turn the organization’s trust and expectations into tangible achievements, rapidly developing into versatile talents that meet the needs of enterprise development.
