On the afternoon of November 2, 2023, Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guiyang Xianfeng") held a cadre conference in the large conference room on the second floor of the company, officially launching the work of restructuring and integrating departments at Guiyang Xianfeng, as well as the subsequent assignment of cadres following the establishment of posts and staffing levels. At the meeting, Comrade Wu Suping, full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng Company, first read out several documents, including the “Decision on the Appointment and Removal of Comrades Liu Honglang and Others” (Gui Xian Party Tong [2023] No. 35), the “Notice on the Appointment and Removal of Comrades Zhu Shaojun and Others” (Gui Xian Machine Tong [2023] No. 78), and the “Notice on the Appointment of Comrades Zhang Qunyu and Others as Professional and Technical Cadres” (Gui Xian Machine Tong [2023] No. 79). She then provided a comprehensive explanation of the significant importance of further promoting and deepening the integration of departmental organizations. Deepening such integration is an urgent need to consolidate and optimize organizational structures; it is an urgent requirement for building a functional system that is more coordinated, efficient, and optimized; and it is an urgent response to the aspirations of cadres and employees for a better life. Furthermore, this move will help select and strengthen the cadre teams in departments following the reform and integration, fully demonstrating the high regard that the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the management team of Guiyang Xianfeng Company attach to the development of middle-level and technical cadres—and their deep concern and care for the company’s high-quality development. At the same time, she reminded all cadres to clearly recognize the new standards for cadres after the deepening of departmental integration and to meet the work requirements set forth after the integration with high standards. We must uphold the career outlook of dedicating ourselves to work and entrepreneurship, strengthen our ideological refinement, political experience, practical training, and professional development, and work diligently and solidly—so that we are capable of getting things done, skilled at getting things done, successful in accomplishing tasks, and free from mistakes. Subsequently, representatives of mid-level cadres from Guiyang Xianfeng delivered statements expressing their commitment. They unanimously stated: “We firmly support the decisions made by the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng Company. We will quickly familiarize ourselves with our duties and swiftly assume our roles, using concrete actions to live up to the trust and expectations placed in us by our leaders and colleagues. Furthermore, we pledge to focus on the following five key areas in our future work: First, maintain integrity and self-discipline, establishing ironclad discipline with new perspectives; second, intensify our learning and fulfill our new responsibilities with fresh ideas; third, set a good example and adapt to new requirements with a new work style.” Fourth, we must dare to take responsibility and rise to new challenges with innovative actions. This reform is of great significance, reflecting the real need for the company’s own reform and development. He emphasized. ， This institutional reform is not an end in itself; rather, it aims to take the reform as an opportunity to further clarify responsibilities, streamline relationships, enhance functional performance, and standardize management. By doing so, we can truly invigorate our team, foster a positive working atmosphere, and wholeheartedly build a more efficient and combat-ready workforce—thereby better serving the reform and development of Guiyang Xianfeng.
