3MK60 Series CNC Centerless Grinder for Tapered Workpieces
This machine tool is meticulously engineered by our company, leveraging more than five decades of R&D and manufacturing expertise in centerless grinders. Backed by specialized, proven process control measures and a stringent quality management system, it delivers high precision, excellent cost-effectiveness, and outstanding dimensional stability—making it an ideal precision CNC product for the mass grinding of outer diameters of tapered roller bearings in accordance with national standards.
MK10 – Dedicated CNC Centerless Grinder
This machine tool is equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC and servo system, enabling automatic feed grinding of the guide wheel (X-axis), compensatory grinding, and control of the U- and W-axes for wheel dressing. Through programming, full automation of both grinding and wheel dressing can be achieved, with flexible adjustment of grinding and dressing parameters. Rapid traverse, rough grinding, semi-finish grinding, finish grinding, light finishing, as well as rapid retract speed (v) and time (t), are all adjustable. The machine also features automatic dressing, automatic compensation, cumulative compensation, segmented constant linear speed control for the grinding wheel (up to 45 m/s), fault display and diagnostics, and other functions. An optional automatic loading/unloading system is available.
MM10 – Precision Centerless Grinding Machine Series
The precision centerless grinder is used for batch and mass grinding of high-precision cylindrical, conical, and rotationally symmetrical workpieces on their external surfaces. The grinding wheel headstock features a sleeve-type cantilever support structure, while the guide wheel employs a detachable dual-support configuration. Both the grinding wheel and guide wheel spindles are equipped with short four-pad tilting-pad hydrodynamic bearings, and the rest support utilizes a modular V-shaped rest plate that can pivot and move vertically. The feed mechanism incorporates plastic-coated guideways and is fitted with a mechanical unloading device and a quantitative compensation unit, enabling semi-automatic grinding cycles.
MK84 – Workpiece-Traveling CNC Silver Rolling and Grinding Machine Series
The MK8420 CNC roll grinder is a CNC roll grinder independently developed, designed, and manufactured by Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (Xianfeng Machine Tool) based on nearly fifty years of experience in manufacturing roll grinders and the introduction of advanced foreign roll grinder manufacturing technologies. It is suitable for grinding slender shaft-type parts such as work rolls and backup rolls of 20-roll rolling mills. The grinding wheel rotation is driven by a 1PH7 spindle motor powered by the Siemens S120 drive system, while the workpiece rotation is driven by an AC motor also powered by the Siemens S120 drive system. The remaining three CNC axes work together to meet the grinding and measurement requirements of the roll grinder, achieving efficient and high-precision roll grinding.

This series of CNC roll grinders is a CNC data roll grinder independently designed and manufactured by Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. It is a medium-specification wheelhead-moving CNC roll grinder in the MK84 series produced by Xianfeng Machine Tool Factory.
