MK13 CNC Cylindrical Grinder Series
This series of CNC cylindrical grinders is a large-scale CNC cylindrical grinder independently developed by Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (Xianfeng Machine Tool) based on the production of large CNC roll grinders, specifically for grinding large shaft-type parts in industries such as shipbuilding, heavy-duty motors, and steam turbines. Its main machine structure, performance, and configuration are similar to those of CNC roll grinders. Users can choose configurations according to their needs.
MK10 CNC Centerless Grinding Machine Series
The CNC centerless grinder is based on the conventional centerless grinder and is equipped with a Siemens SINUMERIK CNC system. It uses servo motors for the feed drive, enabling automatic X-axis feed during grinding. Full grinding process control can be achieved through NC programming, with fault display and diagnostic functions, as well as adjustable rapid traverse, rough grinding, finish grinding, light grinding, and rapid retract speeds (v) and times (t).
MQJK – Economical Lightweight CNC Roller Grinding Machine Series
This series of CNC roll grinders is a lightweight, large-specification, wheel-moving CNC roll grinder independently designed, developed, and manufactured by Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (Xianfeng Machine Tool) through the introduction and absorption of advanced foreign manufacturing technologies and in combination with China’s actual conditions. The machine features a novel structure and is equipped to meet the functional requirements of different roll manufacturers, making it an economically viable product. It is particularly suitable for grinding drying cylinders used in the large paper-making industry, as well as for grinding cylindrical metal and non-metal rolls and large shaft-type parts in the metallurgical and non-ferrous metal industries.

This series of CNC roll grinders is a wheel-moving type CNC roll grinder independently designed, developed, and manufactured by Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (Xianfeng Machine Tool) by introducing and absorbing advanced foreign manufacturing technologies and combining them with China’s actual conditions. While ensuring basic functions, this machine tool adopts new structures and configurations to reduce costs and meet the needs of different roll manufacturers, making it an economical and practical product. It is widely used in the paper-making, rubber, and printing industries for grinding both metal and non-metal rolls.

A centerless grinder is a type of grinding machine that uses the centerless grinding method to grind the rotating surfaces of workpieces. In a centerless grinder, the workpiece is not centered or supported by centers; instead, it is positioned between the grinding wheel and the guide wheel and supported by a rest plate and the guide wheel. Axial feed of the workpiece is achieved by slightly tilting the axis of the guide wheel.
