This training session was led by Ge Lu, an officer from the Audit and Legal Affairs Department. The presentation focused on four key areas: the importance of the Audit and Legal Affairs Department, critical points in accounts receivable management and their associated risk manifestations, the functions of various departments, and the importance of interdepartmental cooperation in jointly preventing risks. First, Ge Lu emphasized the significance of establishing the Audit and Legal Affairs Department and highlighted its specific responsibilities—particularly in overseeing and reminding relevant departments to promptly pursue outstanding receivables and payables, thereby preventing any loss of company funds. Second, Ge Lu pointed out that preventing risks related to accounts receivable and payable is not solely the responsibility of the Marketing Center and the Production and Supply Department; rather, it involves multiple departments. Therefore, all departments must work together in close collaboration, adhering to the principle of “legal prevention before events, legal control during events, and legal remedies after events” to safeguard every stage of the process and establish a long-term mechanism for effective implementation. Finally, Ge Lu provided a detailed and accurate interpretation of the “Work Guidance on Promoting Management through Cases” document issued by Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group Co., Ltd., helping participants deeply understand the importance of knowing the law, understanding the law, and applying the law effectively.

After the training, Peng Zhenhai, Head of the Audit and Legal Department, emphasized the importance of mutual cooperation among all departments, maintaining written records of all transactions, and thoroughly reviewing customer credit for accounts receivable and payable. He urged each department to clearly define its respective responsibilities in their work, make good use of relevant legal knowledge, avoid unnecessary disputes, and effectively safeguard the company’s legitimate rights and interests.
This training not only enhanced the participants’ awareness of the rule of law and risk prevention but also strengthened the company’s ability to proactively identify and address legal risks and resolve legal disputes. Meanwhile, various departments expressed their commitment to placing greater emphasis on mutual cooperation, preserving all written records of communications, and carefully reviewing customer creditworthiness—tasks that will collectively help safeguard the company’s interests.
