To further standardize informationization workflows, enhance employees' professional skills, and quickly adapt to the newly launched Zhibang integrated ERP information system at Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”), and better meet the demands of high-quality development of informationization in the new era, recently, Comrade Liu Haobo, a member of the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng, Assistant to the General Manager, and Secretary of the Production and Supply Party Branch, went deep into the field to provide frontline skilled operators with a detailed explanation of the specific operating procedures for the Zhibang integrated ERP system. For the difficulties and bottlenecks encountered during use, he adopted a combination of lectures and hands-on practice to offer solutions. Through a combination of lectures and hands-on practice, we addressed issues encountered during the use of Zhibang Integrated ERP, including work order processes, permission management settings, lack of data information, and process workflows. This effectively alleviated employees’ anxiety and discomfort during the transition between old and new IT systems, thereby accelerating the advancement of Guiyang Xianfeng’s digital transformation.

During this training session, employees actively participated in the discussions and unanimously expressed that they had greatly benefited from it. Not only did they learn advanced information technology operation skills, but they also gained a deep understanding of the intelligence embedded in Zhibang’s integrated ERP operating system throughout the production process. One operator, reflecting on the training, said with emotion: “This Zhibang integrated ERP operation training not only helped me understand the procedures clearly—it also enabled me to remember them thoroughly. As a result, I no longer feel so anxious, and now I find the operations much smoother and more effortless.”

This training has addressed the technical challenges faced by frontline skilled operators in their daily work, enhanced their level of informationization, and significantly accelerated Guizhou Xianfeng’s progress in information technology. It has also provided strong support for the next phase of production informatization efforts, thereby boosting Guizhou Xianfeng. High-quality development has laid a solid foundation.
