During the critical period when ensuring the timely delivery of parts for roll-grinding machine tool production, the Metalworking Party Branch of Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) fully leveraged the leading role of Party building. Party members took the lead and, together with the vast number of employees in the sub-factories, worked tirelessly around the clock on the production front. The Party organization’s role as a fighting bastion was deeply integrated into every stage and key node of production. With an inspiring spirit of "hard work and tenacious struggle," they bravely tackled urgent, difficult, and risky tasks, making every effort to ensure that production schedules progressed steadily.
During the critical period of ensuring on-time delivery of parts for roll-grinding machine tools, the Jin Processing Party Branch of Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) fully leveraged the leading role of Party building. Party members took the lead, rallying all employees in the sub-factories to work together with one heart and one mind, working overtime and going all out on the production front line. The Party organization’s role as a fighting fortress has been deeply integrated into every stage and key node of production. With an inspiring spirit of "hard work and tenacious struggle," they bravely take on urgent, difficult, and risky tasks, making every effort to ensure that production schedules proceed steadily and smoothly.
Faced with daunting and heavy production tasks, the Party members at the metalworking sub-factory stepped forward boldly and actively took on the role of pioneers and role models. Led by Party members such as Liu Guihong and Wu Mingxiang, team members worked overtime to seize every opportunity and rush to complete various production tasks for roll-grinding machine parts. Despite being physically exhausted during days of continuous overtime, Comrade Liu Guihong remained steadfast at his post, using his superb skills to solve multiple challenging production problems. Even though Comrade Wu Mingxiang was ill and in need of medical treatment, he put work above all else, giving up his rest time and leading his team members wholeheartedly in the relentless pursuit of completing the production tasks for roll-grinding machine parts. Inspired by their exemplary leadership, the employees at the metalworking sub-factory were greatly encouraged and eagerly followed suit, working together tirelessly with one common goal. With everyone united in purpose and pooling their strengths, a powerful synergy emerged to tackle the toughest challenges. After many days of continuous hard work, significant phased achievements have been made in fulfilling the supporting production tasks for roll-grinding machine parts.

In the workshop, busy figures flit back and forth between workstations. Employees skillfully operate the equipment, meticulously scrutinizing every stage of production to ensure top-notch product quality. Party members set an exemplary standard, demonstrating through their actions a tenacious spirit that grows stronger in the face of adversity. Undeterred by the sweltering heat or fatigue, they consistently maintain high energy and enthusiasm at work. Fully leveraging their role as vanguard and model leaders, these party members inspire the broader workforce to bravely shoulder heavy responsibilities, take the lead, and make selfless contributions. With a strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, they devote themselves wholeheartedly to production, injecting powerful momentum into Guiyang Xianfeng’s high-quality development and writing a brilliant new chapter.
