To further strengthen grassroots Party building, integrity and anti-corruption efforts, and safety management responsibilities, and to enhance the Party Committee's oversight over all its branches, units, and departments, on the afternoon of June 20, 2023, Comrade Wu Suping, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd., and his delegation visited the company’s Jinjiagong Branch Party Committee—the Party building liaison point—to conduct a research visit on Party building, integrity and anti-corruption efforts, and safety production inspection.

First, the inspection team listened to a report by Comrade Long Tao, member of the company’s Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, and Secretary of the Gold Processing Branch Party Committee, on “The Implementation of Party Building, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Efforts by the Gold Processing Branch Party Committee in the First Half of 2023.” They also heard a report by Chen Yubo, Secretary of the General Assembly Branch Party Committee, Director of the General Assembly Branch Factory, and Director of the Gold Processing Branch Factory, on “The Implementation of Safe Production Work by the Gold Processing Branch Factory in the First Half of 2023.” Afterwards, the inspection team went directly to the Gold Processing Branch Factory site to conduct a thorough safety inspection.

After the inspection concluded, Comrade Wu Suping gave positive recognition and high praise for the overall performance of the Jinjiagong Party branch in Party building, integrity and anti-corruption efforts, as well as in safety production. She also put forward the following requirements, taking into account the integrity and safety work during the Dragon Boat Festival: One is We must strengthen education and learning, with a particular focus on enhancing awareness of integrity and self-discipline. Implementing the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulations and rectifying the “Four Winds” during the holiday period should be regarded as an important political task. In light of actual conditions, branch organizations should carry out targeted education on integrity and self-discipline prior to the holidays, thereby bolstering the awareness of integrity and self-discipline among all cadres and employees. Second is The leadership team of the branch factory should set an example by strictly adhering to the “dual responsibility” requirement and earnestly fulfilling their principal responsibility for comprehensively enforcing strict Party governance. They should actively practice the fine ethos of valuing integrity and rejecting corruption, advocating thriftiness and shunning extravagance, and firmly prevent “festive-season corruption.” Third is We must strengthen efforts to uphold integrity and enforce discipline, intensify supervision and inspection of Party conduct and integrity building during holidays, and deal strictly with violations of law and discipline in accordance with the law and regulations, ensuring that the “Four Winds” problems have nowhere to hide. Fourth is We must clearly recognize the situation and attach great importance to the implementation of activities related to the 2023 “Safe Production Month,” effectively enhancing our safety management capabilities. Five is We must strengthen our sense of responsibility for safe production, overcome侥幸 mentality, complacency, and feelings of annoyance, and put into practice the guiding principle of “putting the people first and valuing life above all else.” Six is To want Effectively implement the closed-loop management requirements for safe production, and establish, improve, and earnestly put into practice the five systems: the system of regulations, the organizational system, the implementation system, the prevention and control system, and the response and handling system.
