To earnestly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we will continue to promote ideological and political work into enterprises, workshops, work teams, and employees’ minds; strengthen corporate culture development; deepen the governance of production and living environment hygiene; optimize working conditions; create a clean and tidy production and living environment; and enhance the sense of happiness and satisfaction among employees at the branch factory. Recently, the Party Branch of the Final Assembly Branch Factory of Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”) organized party members, prospective party members, team leaders, and young workers to voluntarily give up their rest time and use evenings and weekends—displaying a spirit of not fearing hardship or fatigue—to carry out a comprehensive environmental sanitation campaign in all work areas under the jurisdiction of the branch factory.
Workshop (1) of the Final Assembly Division after the comprehensive sanitation improvement campaign
The Guiyang Xianfeng Final Assembly Branch not only undertakes the final assembly and commissioning tasks for the company’s CNC roll grinders, CNC centerless grinders, and other products, but also shoulders major responsibilities such as hosting visits from higher-level authorities conducting research at the company, user A-inspections, on-site inspections by domestic and overseas customers, technical exchanges, and field observation and learning sessions. For a long time, due to unreasonable production site planning and improper arrangement of parts on-site, the branch’s environment has given people an impression of being “dirty, messy, and substandard.” To change this stereotypical perception, the Party branch of the Guiyang Xianfeng Final Assembly Branch took the lead in organizing a comprehensive environmental sanitation campaign. This campaign covered the branch’s three work sections and 12 teams. Each team carried out sanitation improvements tailored to its own specific conditions. During this process, every trade ensured that “materials are fully utilized, work is completed, and the site is thoroughly cleaned,” keeping parts neatly stacked and the work area free of iron filings, rags, garbage bags, and other debris. The goal was to achieve thorough sanitation with no blind spots and to comprehensively improve the environment. The campaign aimed to instill in all employees the mindset that “the factory is our home, and maintaining its beauty depends on everyone’s efforts,” actively encouraging each team’s members to take the initiative, step up patrols, promptly clean up all kinds of waste generated during production, and develop good habits of keeping the branch’s premises clean and tidy.

Through this comprehensive environmental sanitation campaign, the production site of the Guiyang Xianfeng Final Assembly Plant has undergone a dramatic transformation: the environment is now fresh and clean, and all items are neatly arranged, resulting in a significant improvement in overall hygiene. However, maintaining cleanliness at the site is not a one-time effort; in the next phase, the Guiyang Xianfeng Final Assembly Plant will continue to carry out similar activities and establish corresponding management systems to institutionalize, standardize, and normalize the hygiene management practices at the production site. This will help create a safe, united, harmonious, and civilized working atmosphere, and strive to enhance the “window” image of the Guiyang Xianfeng Final Assembly Plant.
