On October 26, 2023, the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng organized and held a focused seminar and exchange meeting to refine the content of the “Five Ones” initiative. The meeting was chaired by Wu Suping, the full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Guiyang Xianfeng, and was attended by members of the leadership team of Guiyang Xianfeng, heads of various departments, relevant staff, and secretaries (and deputy secretaries) of the Party branches under Guiyang Xianfeng.

As the primary persons responsible for grassroots Party building, secretaries of all Party branch committees must further elevate their political awareness and deeply recognize the significance of fully implementing the “Five Ones” initiative. They should personally assess and prioritize the solid advancement of the “Five Ones” initiative as a key task for this year’s Party-building work, ensuring that the “Five Ones” initiative is truly carried out effectively and yields tangible results. Second, we must further strengthen the implementation of the “Five Ones” initiative in a solid and steady manner. We must strictly follow the requirements of the "Implementation Opinions of the CPC Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. Committee on Fully Implementing the 'Five Ones' Initiative," closely focusing on the five aspects of the 'Five Ones' Initiative. We should concentrate our Party-building efforts on strengthening leadership, building a high-quality cadre team, shaping the corporate spirit and fostering corporate culture, establishing effective mechanisms for support, and promoting integrated development.
