Previously, Wuzhou Xinfeng Special Steel Co., Ltd. ordered one MK84125 roll grinder and two MK8440 roll grinders from Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guiyang Xianfeng”). These machines were shipped to the assembly site in early September 2023. Upon arrival at the assembly site, the installation team from the Comprehensive Service Department of the Marketing Center immediately began installing and commissioning the equipment. This installation and commissioning process set a new record for the fastest installation ever achieved.

Due to the large number of products released this year and the tightness of human resources, the installation and commissioning tasks have become numerous and extremely demanding. To meet users’ needs and promptly address their urgent requirements, the relevant company leaders in Guiyang Xianfeng, after careful deliberation, decided to form an emergency installation team led by Liu Song from the Comprehensive Service Department, together with representatives from the agency, assembly, and sales teams. Although this task initially seemed impossible to complete, the installation team worked overtime and put in extra effort, spending a total of 33 days. The team fully leveraged its cohesion, tapped into the enthusiasm and creativity of each member, and transformed individual strengths into powerful collective energy. By early October 2023, the team successfully completed the product installation and commissioning, earning unanimous praise from both users and company leadership.

“The Marketing Center’s Integrated Service Department has been able to break installation records set over the years precisely because of the team’s unity. An individual’s effort is like addition; a team’s effort, however, is like multiplication. Today’s limits are tomorrow’s minimum standards. There are no perfect individuals—only perfect teams. Don’t let today’s smallness scare you about tomorrow’s stage. All outstanding people put in tremendous effort behind the scenes. The entire staff of the Marketing Center’s Integrated Service Department shares one single direction: efficiency!” said Director Liu from the Marketing Center’s Integrated Service Department.
When hearts are united, mountains turn into jade; when we work together, earth can be transformed into gold. The successful completion of any task not only requires a spirit of tackling tough challenges but also calls for the powerful synergy of unity and collaboration. Team cohesion is the cornerstone of team success—only by building strong team cohesion can a team collaborate more effectively and achieve outstanding results. In the future, Guiyang Xianfeng will place even greater emphasis on cultivating and enhancing team cohesion, continuously improving our team’s collaborative mechanisms and cultural atmosphere, thus laying a solid foundation for the company’s continued success.
